Russia’s March wheat exports can break 2018 record
MOSCOW, Mar 9 (PRIME) -- Russia's wheat exports can amount to 4.35 million tonnes in March beating the record of March 2018, research center of railway grain transport operator Rusagrotrans said in a corporate magazine on Thursday.
"Rusagrotrans’ research center expects (wheat) exports to resume their records in March 2023, at up to 4.35 million tonnes. The previous record was set in March 2018 at 3.58 million tonnes," the researcher said.
February exports stood at 3.26 million tonnes because of extremely unfavorable weather conditions and a short month.
